Fotobox-Software, bei der der Browser selbst die Fotobox ist — kein Gerätezwang. Mit einer Webcam läuft sie ganz ohne Installation: Aufnahme, Countdown, Collage, Filter, Speichern und Druck über den Browserdialog. Alles darüber hinaus übernimmt ein lokaler Python-Dienst unter Windows: Canon-Spiegelreflex über das EDSDK (via ctypes) mit Livebild, Autofokus und voller Auflösung, dazu echter Druckerstatus mit Papier und Warteschlange, USB, WLAN — und der netzunabhängige Betrieb einer ganzen Veranstaltung, die Offline-Fassung wird also ebenfalls installiert. Im Dashboard verwaltet ein Mandant mit mehreren Nutzern und Rollen seine Events, Designs, Boxen, Galerien und die Abrechnung: pro Event, pro Box im Abo oder über ein KI-Guthaben, mit ECDSA-signierten Lizenz-Tokens, die offline weitergelten. On a webcam it runs with nothing installed at all: capture, countdown, collage, filters, saving, and printing through the browser dialog. Everything beyond that comes from a local Python service on Windows: Canon DSLRs through the EDSDK via ctypes with live view, autofocus, and full-resolution capture, plus real printer status down to paper and queue, USB, Wi-Fi — and running an entire event with no network, so the offline edition is an install too. In the dashboard, a tenant with several users and roles manages events, designs, booths, galleries, and billing: per event, per booth on subscription, or from an AI credit balance, with ECDSA-signed license tokens that stay valid offline.

Browserbasierter Drag-and-drop-Editor für Fotobox-Layouts, mit Live-Vorschau auf Canvas und einer gemeinsamen Clipart- und Vorlagenbibliothek in PHP und MariaDB. Der Export schreibt genau das binäre Layoutformat, das die Boxen vor Ort lesen — Editor-Ergebnis und Laufzeitformat können also nicht auseinanderlaufen. Ich habe das bestehende Tool visuell grundlegend überarbeitet, von der UI-Struktur bis zur Nutzerführung, und den Funktionsumfang erweitert. Browser-based drag-and-drop editor for photo booth layouts, with a live canvas preview backed by a shared clipart and template library in PHP and MariaDB. Exports straight into the exact binary layout format the booths read on-site, so editor output and runtime format never drift apart. I took ownership of the visual redesign — UI structure and user flow — and extended the feature set.

Verwandelt Event-Fotos in Cartoon-Porträts, die live von Roboterarmen gezeichnet werden. Die komplette Kette von der KI-Stilisierung des Fotos über die SVG-zu-G-Code-Umwandlung bis zu den Stiftbewegungen des Rotrics DexArm — direkt aus dem Browser über die Web Serial API gesteuert. Aufnahme und KI-Stilisierung waren einmal ein eigenes Produkt und laufen inzwischen in derselben Pipeline. Als Event-Tech-Produkt mit eigenem Abo-Modell und mandantenfähigem Backend im Einsatz. ESP32-Boards treiben ein rundes Gesichtsdisplay und zwei Statustafeln, ein CO₂-, Temperatur- und Feuchtesensor bestimmt seine Laune, Wetter- und Flugzeugdaten kommen über MQTT dazu. Seine Reaktionen werden live von einem Sprachmodell getextet, eine Sprachein- und -ausgabe zum Antworten ist geplant. A physical desk pet, currently under construction, that literally eats the token usage of my AI tooling as food. ESP32 boards drive a round face display plus two status panels, a CO₂/temperature/humidity sensor sets its mood, and live weather and overhead-flight data feed in over MQTT. Its reactions are written live by a language model, with a voice pipeline planned so it can talk back.

IHK-Abschlussprojekt: Monitoring-Tool zur statistischen Ertragsberechnung für Balkonkraftwerke. Nutzer können ihre Solaranlage registrieren, Ertragsdaten erfassen und statistisch auswerten. Umgesetzt mit einem PHP-Backend auf Basis des Slim-Frameworks, Doctrine als ORM und einem Bootstrap/jQuery-Frontend. IHK final project: a monitoring tool for statistical yield calculation of balcony power plants. Users can register their solar system, log energy output, and analyze it statistically. Built with a PHP backend based on the Slim framework, Doctrine as ORM, and a Bootstrap/jQuery frontend.
